Machete is a 2010 action and adventure film under the direction of Robert Rodriguez and Ethan Maniquis. The film is offshoot of the 2007 film titled Grindhouse. The film is a 20th Century Fox distribution and showing on September 3, 2010 wide in selected theaters. Starring Danny Trejo, Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez and Steven Seagal.

Machete (2010) tells the story of a ex-federale Mexican named Machete and hired by an US Senator to execute a covert hit. Machete was betrayed and running from the police and a no ending stream of assassins. He plans to set on score for those people double-cross him.
